NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING (SGM)

Please be advised, the Mods-OGM Club Committee has called a Special General Meeting (“SGM”) per clause 46 (1) of the constitution to consider the three attached motions to be held at Charles Veryard Reserve, North Perth on Wednesday 5th of March 2025 at 6:30pm.

Per communications issued on Thursday the 13th of February the Mods-OGM Hockey Club Committee has recommended that we adopt a new club name, being “United Hockey Club” following extensive engagement with our members over the last 12 months.

In addition, one additional motion is recommended by your committee to amend the structure of the Club Committee to have less direct membership and align with current operating practices.

Further communications regarding the proposal will be provided, including Questions and Answers, to members with the first to be issued over the weekend.
